Anger Management
Family & Youth's Anger Management Course consists of 1 individual assessment session, 6
group sessions, and 1 individual summarizing session. The objectives of
the Anger Management course includes:
-
decreasing anger responses
-
identifying alternative
responses to anger producing stimuli
-
developing specific,
socially acceptable, and non-violent strategies in order to manage anger
feelings
