Tired of being told what is beautiful, handsome, or attractive?  Maybe it's time to define your own reality!

Did you know that each year, obesity kills nearly as many people as does tobacco use?  Just as alarming is the fact that obesity in children has doubled since the late 1970's.

Body Blues addresses how we all develop our views about what is attractive and what is healthy, and the way eating patterns are influenced by those views.  After all, today's fast-paced lifestyle makes it easy to choose unhealthy foods.  At the same time, images in magazines, movies, and television promote an unrealistic, nearly unattainable, perfect body shape.  How does one wade through all the conflicting messages?

Begin to see yourself and your world differently!  Join us for Body Blues, an innovative and interactive seminar that explores options and alternatives for healthier living.

What is beauty?  Join us for Body Blues and find your own answers!

Body Blues is geared toward parents and their children nine years old and up.  Parents, please attend with your children.
