Email efficiency and etiquette was created by authors of the hit book:  The Hamster Revolution.  It is based on research from 18,000 surveys and over 15,000 Info-Excellence seminar participants.  There is a huge need for proven, powerful and effective email efficiency and etiquette training.  This training is geared for anyone with email overload or etiquette challenges.  This mini-course will cover basic email etiquette, how to reduce the number of email messages you receive and send, and how to file and retrieve email and documents quickly and efficiently (without the search function).

It will focus primarily on the following:

  • Quality improvement - helping people write clear, concise, and actionable email messages

  • Quantity reduction - reducing time spent processing email

  • Sharing - empowering participants to share these simple best practices with co-workers, bosses, staff, clients, etc.

  • Filing - introduction to the COTA filing system, allowing you to "find it fast"

This seminar is loaded with easy tech tips and tricks that you can implement to make the most out of your email system, tasks, and calendar to make you more productive!

Each session is $5 for CFAN  members and $10 for others.  Please RSVP by e-mailing Ann Bruner at Ann@fyca.org or by calling 337.436.9533.  Please make all checks payable to: Family Foundation of Southwest Louisiana.  Registration is due by March 24, 2009 so that we may order lunch for you
