Do you have generational differences within your nonprofit staff?  Is it time to know how to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can do their best work?  Then you will not want to miss this! 

 

Come learn the best ways to push past generational barriers and build strong intergenerational relationships.  The strategies discussed will help you gain knowledge of mindset and practical tips to use in order to initiate dialogues that result in effective collaboration and make your organization stronger.
