Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Location: Family & Youth

Now that you have found the right grant for your organization and understand the general process, how do you actually get started?  Join us for an informative workshop on proposal development that will provide you with the tools and skills that are essential to writing an effective and successful grant proposal.  Learn how to draft narrative elements for a hypothetical project and hear what makes a grant proposal effective. These fundamental narrative elements that will be discussed include a needs statement, measurable objectives, activities description, methodology, timeline, staffing and personnel, organizational capabilities, plans for evaluation, and supplement documents.

Please RSVP by e-mailing Ann Bruner at Ann@fyca.org or by calling 337.436.9533.  Please make all checks payable to: Family Foundation of Southwest Louisiana.  Registration is due by March 3, 2009.
