Membership Circles

You may establish and endow separate fund accounts with the Family Foundation for a minimum pledge of $10,000, upon receipt of the first $1,000 contribution. In addition, Membership Circles are available to donors who wish to become involved with Family and Youth. The purpose of these Circles is to raise private funds to ensure the programs and services of Family & Youth continue to be as strong and vital in the future as they have been since 1970.

• Foundation Circle - $5,000 gift or pledge

• Inner Circle - $2,500 - $4,999 gift or pledge

• President's Circle - $1,000 - $2,499 gift or pledge

• Executive Circle - $500 - $999 annual gift

• Advocate Circle - $250 - $499 annual gift

• Anniversary Circle - $50 - $249 annual gift
