Every year, Family & Youth presents the Family Humanitarian of the Year and the Youth of the Year at the Family & Youth's Annual Meeting. The 2006 Family Humanitarians of the Year were Roy Durgan and Dr. John Stubblefield. Paige Davis was named Youth of the Year, and Blane Edwards was awarded first prize in the Family Festival Annual Poster Contest.
