Social skills are a challenge for persons with an autism spectrum disorder. Family & Youth offers Social Skills Groups for students with autism from elementary age through young adults.

Autism Support Alliance, a program of Family & Youth, promotes access and opportunities for persons with autism and their families to be fully included as participating members of their communities. As such, the Alliance supports the family’s plan and empowers the family in negotiating the systems of health care, social services and educational resources.

Some of the services provided are, education and support, family guidance, social skills groups, case management, family resource, and consultation and training.
